The shipping costs for your order vary depending on the delivery location, weight and shipping method.
If products are in stock, they will be dispatched immediately, on request also via express. If products are not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time and keep you informed of the order status. We also offer express delivery on request as soon as the goods are available in order to shorten the delivery time.
Our shipping process is always customised. We usually send smaller parcels via DHL or UPS, while larger consignments are sent by a forwarding agent or directly by a KEUK expert.
Installation
To obtain spare parts, please contact our service department. Our team will be happy to help you and send you the required spare parts or discuss further steps for their procurement.
Yes, we recommend specific maintenance and care instructions to optimise the long-term performance of your products installed by KEUK. These can be found in the relevant product documentation or can be requested from our customer service.
Our KEUK experts are working flat out to solve your problem. Depending on the error load, however, waiting times may vary. As a rule, however, you will receive feedback from us on the same day.

To ensure a smooth installation, we need as much information from you as possible in advance. In addition, our technicians will be happy to carry out an on-site inspection to ensure that all conditions meet the requirements and that the installation can be carried out optimally.
Our aim is to ensure fast and smooth processing. However, the exact waiting time depends on various factors, such as the scope of the project and the current workload. However, our staff are always on hand to speed up the process and ensure that you can start the installation as soon as possible.
Guarantee
Products sold by KEUK are covered by individual manufacturer warranties, the duration of which may vary depending on the product or service. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction and we will also support you beyond the warranty period should any issues arise.
Leasing
In principle, the leasing contracts have a fixed minimum term. If a replacement is required during the term, we will be happy to take a look. In many cases, we can help and facilitate an early replacement.
This depends on the purchase value. Proof of electronics insurance is usually required for purchases over EUR 10,000. In co-operation with our partners, we generally offer comprehensive electronics insurance at a reasonable price.
Yes, do you have a favourite property? Then don't hesitate to send us an enquiry. We are the experts when it comes to leasing. Even for products that are not purchased from us.
Your company must have been on the market for at least 1 year.
We work with full amortisation leasing. This means that the goods can be returned risk-free and regardless of their condition at the end of the term. However, we can also sell you the goods for a small residual value by agreement - just contact us.
Leasing focusses on the benefit. "I use a product and pay a leasing instalment for it. Unlike financing, where the focus is on ownership, I don't have to recognise the purchase in the balance sheet. The lessor does that! This means that the leasing instalments can also be recognised in full as costs. You can ask your tax advisor about the positive effect this has on your balance sheet.
We always offer selected highlights in our leasing shop. With just a few details, we can provide you with a non-binding leasing offer. A special portal in the background enables us to find the right one for you from several leasing companies. It is completely non-binding and free of charge until you sign the leasing contract. To make our contribution to environmental protection, we operate our own recycling centre on our company premises. Here we process recyclable materials such as cardboard and polystyrene in order to reduce the amount of waste and conserve resources. We also use electric vehicles in some of our vehicle fleet to further minimise our CO2 emissions.
