Your tasks - In your role as an IT support employee, you can expect an exciting and varied range of tasks:

• Service: Creating & processing tickets and service orders (troubleshooting, customer service)
• Support: Remote support with tools such as TeamViewer or similar.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with the downstream solution groups (3rd level)
• Configuration: Installation and updating of software in the server for secure remote control of the system

Your profile - We are looking for a motivated person with the following qualifications:

• Education: Completed training as an IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or comparable professional qualification or comparable experience
• Networking: Friendly & customer-orientated appearance, willing to take on responsibility
• Market knowledge: Ideally experience in the field of modern media technology or network and information technology
• Working style: Independent, conscientious, solution- and service-orientated
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
• Additional requirements: Driving licence class B
